📌 Part 1: Add AI Helpdesk to Your Chatbot Widget
This enables your Helpdesk to appear as a tab inside your widget alongside "Home" and "Messages."
Steps:
Go to Widget Settings in your YourGPT Dashboard
Scroll to the AI Helpdesk section
Toggle Enable Helpdesk to ON
Add your Helpdesk domain (e.g.,
help.yourgpt.ai
)Save your changes

🔐 Part 2: Set a Password for Helpdesk Access
To restrict access to your Helpdesk (e.g., for internal documentation or client-specific portals), you can enable password protection.
Steps:
Go to Help Desk → Settings
Click the Security tab

Toggle Enable Password Protection
Enter your desired password
Click Save
