1. Import article to YourGPT:
Go to Helpdesk in the sidebar.
Navigate to Articles.
Click on Import Articles.
Select Zoho.
2. Connect your Zoho account:
Select your Region.
Click on Connect to Zoho.
Click Accept to give permission.
