Train Your AI Agent with Zoho Desk Data

This guide covers the steps to connect your Zoho account and create a new training job for your AI agent. Follow the instructions below to configure the integration and initiate the training process smoothly.

1. Go to Training Dashboard

• Click on Training in Sidebar.

  

• Go to Others and choose Zoho.

  

2. Get Your Credentials

• Login to Zoho.

• Go to your ZohoDesk.

  

• Click on Settings.

• Choose the API in Developer Space.

  

• Copy your Org Id.

  

3. Create New Job

• Click on Create New Job.

  

• Select your Region.

• Fill all the Credentials & add the Job Name.

• Select the AI Model for Training.

• Add instruction for AI if you need.

• Click on Create Job button.

  

• Zoho Job is created.

• Navigate to Learning Data by clicking on the Job name.

  

4. View your learning from Zoho

• Go to the Zoho Learning option.

• Click the Train button to train the data.
