Passing extra context information to your AI chatbot on Crisp enables the bot to offer more personalized responses based on the user’s data.
Here’s how to do it:
1.) Add Extra Context Data
In the Extra Context Data field, enter the specific data points you want to pass to the AI (e.g., name, plan_expiry). This will allow the chatbot to tailor its responses based on this data. For example, if a user asks about their plan, the chatbot can reference the plan expiry date to give an informed response.
2.) Access the Context Settings
Go to the Crisp Integration Settings and locate the section labeled Visitor Data and Extra Context Data (as shown in the images). Here, you can map visitor information that the chatbot can use to personalize responses.
